Summer is almost here! And although summer doesn’t officially kick off until June 21st (quite conveniently the summer solstice and my birthday!), the perfect Southern California weather we’ve been having is making me giddy with excitement for the season!
School is almost out for my daughters and I can’t wait for some relaxing, lounge-lizard days, beach-bound days, fair days, camp days, playdate days, radio-blasting-crazy-dancing days, stay-at-home-and-craft-all-day kinda days, and just overall memory-making kinda days!
Clearly, I love to click away behind the lens. How could I not when I have scenes like these to capture?! My girls love building sandcastles. My baby in particular loves knocking them down just as quickly as she sets them up! Can’t wait to get new shots this summer as they build and play the days away. Cheers to enjoying sandy toes and salty kisses!

Lovely photos. My lil’ guy is already out for the summer. We have lots of camping/hiking/bike riding etc. on our agenda. Just looking forward to “no routine” days.
