The inevitable sign that my babies are growing up hits me square in the head with every birthday! My first-born, my silly, outgoing, fashionista, increasingly independent baby turned 8 this week and I still can’t believe how fast the years are flying by.

You are so right. Babies do grow up way too fast. And I have a granddaughter who zoomed into kindergarten this year. How did that happen so quickly?
