Meeting new families, capturing a little slice of time, especially with a new little one, that’s what makes it amazing to be a photographer! I was so happy to get to work with Baby Nick, his big sister, parents and grandfather, too!

When I’m contacted about photographing a newborn session, many times the first question I hear is “they’re past the 10 days, is it too late?” I always respond that they’ll never be as little as they are right then and there! Of course, the sweet spot for photographing newborns is when they’re 5-7 days old – they’re still tiny and curled up, sleeping lots, and they’re belly button has usually healed by that point – but it’s never too late for a newborn session! What do you think?

I really loved meeting the whole family and hope they enjoyed the experience as much as I enjoyed photographing them!
