San Diego is such a fantastic vacation spot, with amusement parks – like Sea World, the world famous San Diego Zoo and Safari Park, Legoland, and more – beaches, Gaslamp Quarter, the Chargers (football), the Padres (baseball)… the list of San Diego amazingness can go on and on! It really is no surprise that it’s such a popular vacation destination!

I love when I’m contacted from families coming into town, planning their vacations, looking for a photographer to capture a family photo! The Manning family contacted me for a beach session, and we met at one of my favorite La Jolla beaches. It started off rather overcast, with not too much pizzazz in the sky, but the sun broke through the clouds and made the sky rather magical!

I’m thrilled I was able to capture these beautiful shots of this gorgeous family! They were all lovely to work with and I hope they enjoyed the experience as much as I enjoyed photographing them!
