Having fun families at photo sessions makes my job an absolute pleasure, and the entire Ridgway family was such a blast to work with! It was a drizzly and cold day, right around the holidays, but I love that the kiddos, parents and grandparents didn’t let that stop them from having fun at our session!

My sweet friend from church reached out to schedule a photo session while her sister and parents would be in town for the holidays. San Diego has had quite a rainy couple of months, but luckily our session worked out between the big storms. We even had a couple glimpses of clear skies!

It was absolutely darling to see the grandparents surrounded by the grandkids…truly a blessing!

The love, bonds and closeness between all of them was lovely and so genuine, you could truly feel it in the air!

The barn doors always provide such a beautiful backdrop, and of course we had to have fun with some jump shots!

And I did mention we were having fun, right?! They truly were so amazing to enjoy the afternoon with and capture these beautiful memories for them! I hope they enjoyed our afternoon as much as I did!

So much gorgeousness in this family! They truly were fantastic and I’m so excited to finally share these images with you!
