The prompt this week at The Daily Post is “Unusual POV” and I decided to have a little fun with this shot. My girls and I were snacking on some grapes and one of my daughters was having grape juice. It made me think of “grown-up grape juice” and I couldn’t help but wonder if all grapes aspire to become wine? : )
I knew I wanted a really dreamy background for the shot, so I decided to use my Canon 50mm f/1.4. I don’t pull this lens out often enough! What’s your favorite lens to use for dreamy, creamy, bokeh-filled backgrounds?
As always, thanks for stopping by. Have a joyful, creative, blessing filled day!
Live creatively!

I can think of at least 12 things I would love to photograph with that lens. Remember what Janis Joplin said, “The older the grape the finer the wine.”

Nice! Love the quote, Frances, and I love me some Janis Joplin! Takes me back to my college days in the early ’90s when I began my love affair with classic rock : )

Maybe all grapes hopes to be so old that they end up like raisins..? 😉
