The new year is welcomed with new photo challenges…
I have now been blogging for almost two years, with 290 posts, and a huge majority of those being photo focused. I think in 2014, I participated in the Daily Post weekly photo challenge at least 50 of the weeks in the year! But there have been lots of other photo-centered posts, too. Where do I find the inspiration for those? Mostly at Capture Your 365, with daily prompts and a fantastic, inspiring and supportive community. Katrina decided to mix things up a bit this year and along with the daily prompts, we have weekly overarching themes. So whether you’re interested in daily or weekly inspiration, CY365 is another great source to tap into! Have you signed up for the free daily prompts? You’ll see my contributions as part of the Creative Team! Be sure to say hi if you pop over to the gallery or forum!
For today’s post, I decided to merge both DP and CY365 prompts… NEW and THINK OVER.
The new year usually brings along new resolutions. We spent a lot of family time together yesterday, starting our day with a lovely hike at a beautiful San Diego trail.
Last night, we continued our new year’s celebration with family game night. I also decided to enjoy another glass of champagne! While we were enjoying our game, with the tree and lights in the background, I was contemplating my goals and dreams for the year… more champagne, more photos, more family time, better time management, more patience, less stress, better sleep schedule, more business, less sugar, more crafting. Still need some ironing out, but at least I’m thinking it over! What are your goals, dreams, resolutions for the year?
As always, thanks for stopping by. Have a joyful, creative, blessing filled day! Make sure not to miss any future posts by signing up for the Clicky Chick Creates email list here! You’ll get a great little freebie download as my thank you!
Live creatively!
xoxo,
