Welcome to another Make It Monday! I’m back this week with a cute Hot Air Balloon party theme! I was inspired by the adorable Top Dog Dies and knew exactly what I wanted to make…
It’s truly mind-blowing how fast time flies. I vividly remember our first days at home with our daughters, and now they’re 8 and 6 years old! It’s amazing how quickly they’re growing!
The Hot Air Balloon dies are super cute and the details are gorgeous. The set includes two sizes of balloons, one basket, and three clouds. Perfect for great variations, like the cupcake toppers I made, incorporating the various clouds and pop dots for dimension!
I’m sure any kid would love to get one of these gorgeous toppers atop they’re scrumptious party treat! I’m out of lollipop sticks, but if I was making these for a party, I would definitely add some of the die cuts to lollipop sticks and some to bamboo forks in order to add a nice height variation on the tablescape. That would be darling for obvious reasons!
In addition to the cupcake toppers, of course I had to make a banner to highlight the theme, “GROWING UP UP UP” – fun, right?! I think so 🙂
I hope you’ve enjoyed today’s Make It Monday! Be sure to check out the lovely dies over at Top Dog Dies, and the projects I’ve shared using them!
Now head on over to my lovely friend Melissa at Digital Scrapbooking HQ. Melissa created a simple birthday scrapbook page with a free template – you definitely don’t want to miss that!
As always, thanks for stopping by my little colorful spot on the web! Have a joyful, creative, blessing filled day!
Live creatively!
xoxo,

PS. You know I love a fun crafting challenge, and luckily the theme at Simon Says Wednesday Challenge is Get In Shape – anything non-square or rectangle shaped. Hot air balloons certainly fit the bill!
