Newborns are amazing little angels to photograph! Every time I have the opportunity to photograph a newborn, and celebrate their welcome into our world, I’m reminded how blessed I am in so many, many ways! Not only to get to work with these fresh little humans that are filled with so much promise, but I’m thankful to get to do what I love. I’m thankful to the families for trusting me with their precious baby and sweet memories. I’m thankful to be a mommy, no matter how nutty day-to-day life with two young girls can feel. I’m thankful for the path God has put me on and his continued blessings and direction. I’m thankful for beautiful natural light and cozy sleepy babies. And one of my favorites…I’m thankful for sweet new baby smell ❤

This sweet little angel McKinley and her family were such a treat to work with! They are super fun, loving, sweet and silly… definitely a great family to enjoy my morning with! I loved photographing this sweet family and I hope they enjoyed the experience, too!
