What do you do when life gets so hectic and you can’t keep up? Fun stuff gets pushed down the list of to do’s. Sometimes they even get pushed out to the next month! And that’s why I’m sharing a Christmas Card post in January 🙂

Welcome to another Make It Monday! I’m so excited to share a creative post with you this week! Even though Christmas has come and gone, I still wanted to share this cute snowman card! Isn’t he adorable?! I love when companies make great products and include awesome stitched detailing on their dies!

I decided to make a simple white card with die cuts to make the shaker card, but I also wanted to add a little extra oomph, so I embossed the face of the card with a fun snowflake embossing folder from Darice. It really ties it all together!

And every time I move the glitter and beads in the shaker, I swear it gives the snowman a different face, lol! I didn’t create a video for this card, but you can see a similar style card in this video I made using palm tree dies!

I hope you enjoy this card and are inspired to create! Especially with all the snow certain parts of the US is experiencing, might be fun time to make some snowman shaker cards! I think this would be fabulous with a “baby it’s cold outside” sentiment! What do you think? What sentiment would you add instead of a Christmas sentiment? I’d love to hear in the comments!
