When I read The Daily Post Weekly Photo Challenge: Eerie, I immediately thought of all the ghouls and creepy things that came with Halloween. But then I remembered a couple of shots I took on my last day in Paris, inside the Louvre. I loved these images, but never really knew what I was going to do with them. Thank heavens for prompts making me think outside the box!
We had just a couple of hours at the Louvre before we had to head to the train station to continue our adventure in the South of France. My girlfriends and I decided to go our own ways in the Louvre as we all wanted to see different things. On my way about, I got a bit twisted around, but luckily found these sculptures that caught my attention in the Richelieu wing.
Have you photographed anything eerie lately? Be sure to play along with the Daily Post!
As always, thanks for stopping by. Have aΒ joyful, creative, blessing filled day!
Live creatively!

A few minutes editing in Lightroom with presets and adjusting the sliders helps get the look I’m after : ) And thanks for the follow!

I haven’t used LIghtroom. I’ve done a lot of editing in Bridge, but Lightroom is still in the dark to me. π

When I started in photography classes, I used Bridge and Camera Raw, but migrated to Lightroom. I like the interface better, but ultimately you’re able to do the same edits in either programs : )

Thanks Lili! There were several crosses and angels that drew me into that space, but these both captured my attention and wouldn’t let go! Hope all is fantastic! Let’s definitely schedule a photo walk soon!
