My friend Amanda asked me to guest design on her blog Amanda Robinson Studio, so I whipped up this layout with full step-by-step photos and instructions showing the process to create the background!

Amanda makes gorgeous cut files — her Scribble Kit inspired my background for my layout! But since I don’t have a Silhouette quite yet, I only get to drool over her beautiful designs. Lucky for me, I’m a stencil fanatic and had picked up the Heidi Swapp Mini Stencil Kit that had a design very similar to the inspiration. I love the way this came out!
