One of the best compliments a photographer can receive is repeat clients! It’s validating, encouraging, and heartwarming ❤ And that’s exactly how I felt with the Islas family! We’ve known each other for years through a mutual friend, and enjoyed some fun evenings pre- and sans-kids 🙂 Now we don’t get to hit up hot restaurants or even hotter clubs as often, but I’m thankful to see them for our photo sessions!

Last year we had fun capturing beautiful family portraits in Balboa Park, and I was thrilled to schedule their session this year in Old Poway Park! Their little 4-yr old daughter is a hoot! She’s beautiful, smart, silly and quite precocious, and she was completely cracking me up giving her input on creative vision for our session! I’m pretty sure she’ll have “Creative Director” in her title one day 😀

There is so much love in this family and I loved capturing this special time for this beautiful family. I hope they enjoyed the experience!
